Talk:Tate (TV series)

Description of series doesn't seem to be accurate edit

I just watched all 13 episodes on DVD, and the article doesn't seem to be accurate. We learned that Mary Tate was dead, but no one ever said how she died. Tate once mentioned a doctor thought his arm could be repaired, but when asked why he was a gunfighter Tate said that with one good arm he could either be a store clerk, a gunfighter or a drunk. Tate didn't dress in leather, he wore corduroy pants and vest, an impractical choice, obviously choosen because it would look attractive to 20th century veiwers. His left arm was covered in leather from fingertips to elbow.

Watching the show doesn't give me a published reference to correct the inaccuracies, and that's unfortunate. --Karenthewriter (talk) 00:16, 28 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Unclear Synopsis edit

"In the midst of trying to capture a criminal, Tate is forced to shoot his wife, which results in the couple's neighbors seeking revenge." Mightn't this be reworded? Upon first reading, I thought it meant Tate was forced to shoot his own wife.Rich (talk) 03:15, 29 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
