Episodes discrepancies edit

Brooks & Marsh, a source I trust a lot more than The Classic TV Archive (CTVA), reports that there were only 38 episodes of 1958's Target,[1] rather than 39. (IMDb has something like 41 episodes.) On this, I intend to go with Brooks & Marsh (I'll correct the main article, by citing Brooks & Marsh shortly).

A bigger issue is the episodes list. The WGA database only lists 27 episodes, while CTVA has titles for at least 38–39 episodes.

It's clear from this that there are a number of discrepancies – only 15 episode titles match both the WGA database and CTVA (with maybe 3 or so more possible matches) – and it appears that CTVA cannot be relied upon as a "reliable source" for episode titles for this series. And titles before 1978 aren't available from the U.S. Copyright Office database, so at this point, we're kind of stuck on the episode titles issue... --IJBall (contribstalk) 03:36, 5 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
