Racist Remarks News and Balance in Information edit

I don't understand why the racist remarks scandal was removed from the 'Recent Developments' section. Purposely leaving out such controversies (and it was pretty big) would make this article seem like a biased entry bent on promoting the college. This is an encyclopedia, not the school website. This article especially proves my point with the proportion of article on the CCAs, and the fact that even the 2008 Open House was mentioned under the 'Recent Developments' section. 218.186.9.240 (talk) 15:45, 26 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

The recently removed text on the incident as it was worded was too vague to be of any use as "information". Its akin to saying "there was an incident at TPJC". IF that section was fleshed out with more information (while refraining from COATRACKING/POV language) I don't see why it should not go back in.Zhanzhao (talk) 01:45, 27 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Too much irrelevant information for an encyclopaedia entry edit

I think, while highly informative, this article should be shortened. There is too much coverage on the CCAs Jacq9 (talk) 18:05, 11 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Weird phrasing edit

Before I changed it it was "leading neighbourhood junior college" in the introduction. Neighbourhood has a negative connotation which doesn't fit in with "leading junior college". Jacq9 (talk) 17:57, 11 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

But it is a neighbourhood college. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ndangerfield (talkcontribs) 09:08, 24 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

some changes edit

Made some changes to the overall grammar and punctuation. There are now 4 schools offering Theatre Studies & Drama, not just TPJC and VJC. Removed the Gold & Silvers next to the niche CCAs because they don't mean anything, and pointed out instead that all those CCAs have won awards at the Singapore Youth Festival. WikiProject class rating edit

This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as stub, and the rating on other projects was brought up to Stub class. BetacommandBot 10:39, 10 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

? edit

It makes no sense to put in unnecessary info in TPJC's article, so... please accept the changes made here! Ruennsheng (Talk) 03:49, 6 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

To be honest, again, I'd personally oppose any attempts to revert articles... unless they are made smaller.
