what attracted people to watch this quiz show? apart from the fact it was the only money giving quiz show around?

Hancock

In "The Prize Money" episode (May 1958) of his show, Tony Hancock plays "Take Your Pick" with a Yes-No interlude, with Kenneth Williams as quiz master, and picks box 5 to win £4,000. The actual top cash prize at the time on TYP was £50.(84.236.152.71 (talk) 12:39, 2 April 2014 (UTC))

Time and production fact-checkng needed

If the show was aired at 7.30pm on Fridays, it would have been part of the ATV weekend broadcasting franchise for London, not the Rediffusion weekday service. Also, the later Thames and Central production periods incorrectly overlap. Not sure why Grundy and Fremantle are listed either; Take Your Pick! is not given as one of their properties on the WP pages. jxm (talk) 16:44, 15 November 2014 (UTC)

Gameplay
