ATTENTION There are three types of higher education system in Taiwan. Each of them are for different purposes.

Ordinary Universities - ex. National Taiwan University
Educational Univerities - ex. National Taiwan Normal University
Technical Universities and colleges - ex. National Taiwan University of Science and Technology
