All dates are wrong edit

The original author of the article copied all dates of the Japanese lunisolar calendar to Gregorian calendar dates without properly converting them.

For example, the death of Ii Naosuke happened on the 3rd day, 3rd month of 7th year of Ansei (安政七年三月三日). In the Gregorian calendar, that is Saturday, March 24, 1860, not March 3. This mistake probably happened because the Japanese article ja:大老 uses the old Japanese calendar dates without a special notice.

Solution 1: Convert all dates to Gregorian calendar.

Solution 2: Write them in the format 1860/3/3 and add a note that this refers to the classic Japanese calendar. --Mkill (talk) 11:18, 11 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
