Molar or Elemental Units?

In Overview of Terms, ${\frac {k_{b}}{e}}$ is used, whereas in Equation in case of non-negligible mass transfer, ${\frac {R}{F}}$ is used. But the two are equivalent ― one works with units of moles, the other with units of elemental charges. Second Part of Overview of Terms is somewhat cyclic.

It is good to break down the slope A into its constituent physical parameters. However, the equations stated simply boil down to $0\leq \alpha \leq 1$, which is already required in the definition of $\alpha$.
