Non-NPOV on Park St to Bell St edit
The paragraph on the section from Park St to Bell St is all positives about the businesses and buildings there. It has no references, although it's reasonably accurate. What's missing, however, is the fact, known to anyone who has ever tried to drive there, that it's an absolute disaster for traffic. This is due to the fact that it's a narrow road, with car parking for the strip shopping centre, and double tram lines. This is one of those such well known facts locally that I can't imagine anyone bothering to write about it to create an appropriate reference.
I don't like to add further unreferenced material, but the current unreferenced material is very one sided. But to delete it all because it's unreferenced would damage the article considerably.
