There appears to be a logical disconnect. If Yuan is fighting on the side of Li's army, which is fighting against the Ming dynasty, why is Yuan at one point infiltrating the Manchu capital? This might happen after Wu Sangui invites the Qing army in, but then Li would have been emperor for a while and Yuan would already be disillusioned.
