The challenge with links to this article is that all of these references are behind a paywall. I have scans of the text, which if posted would not violate any copyright rules, but I don't believe I have seen that on Wikipedia, open to advice. WindingRoad (talk) 12:28, 1 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

". . . has been referenced from its time of first presentation, through to contemporary books and dissertations today" so where are a few these references?
