I'm going to Quick Fail this GAN review. I will respectfully request that an assessment against B-Class criteria be done beforehand as it will help refine the article further before formal review, without prejudice to a subsequent GAN if it passes B-Class. This is by no means based in policy as there is no requirement that it has to be B-Class before a GAN, but considering this article's importance and history, I think it will only be beneficial. If you strongly disagree with this proposition, I will gladly accept to let another reviewer do the formal GAN. :)
