Current status edit
I restored the body of text in the article to its state in December 2009, before the SPA made it read more like an advertisement. The only thing close to a reliable source that I've found so far is the district's web site (which I added as an external link), but that is not an independent source. We can use the district web site as a source for various details, but independent reliable sources would help to establish notability. -- Donald Albury 14:34, 1 April 2012 (UTC)
