Could someone please write an example for a SUD scale, such as a SUDS for a Phobia ? Much appreciated. Indu Colombo, Sri Lanka 01.10

In the article, the definition is a scale from 0-10. The example given is: Typically, you can ask the client, "On a scale of one to ten, where one is the best you can feel and ten is the worst, how do you feel right now?" Dehughes (talk) 15:32, 24 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

In the article, it says: 'Here is one version of the scale:'

And

'In using SUDS in a therapeutic setting, the therapist does not necessarily define the scale, because one of the benefits of asking a patient or client for a SUDS score is that it is simple. Typically, you can ask the client, "On a scale of one to ten, where one is the best you can feel and ten is the worst, how do you feel right now?"'

The scale predefined with details starts from zero, but as the next section explains, detailed definition of any kind is not typically required for the intermediary levels of the ten level scale.
