This is an inappropriate redirect. Strategic Information Systems (i.e., the use of IT for competitive advantage or IT enabled business strategy) is not the same as Strategic Enterprise Management, at least not as it is defined on the SEM page. The latter takes almost exclusively a decision making perspective.
