I have made some edits with respect to formatting of the references and external links. I have also performed some minor clean-up.

Thank you Alex for very constructive edits on this page. It is nice to see. Do you know what else needs to be cleaned up to make this page better conform to Wikipedia standards as is requested in the Clean-up tag at the top? Removed Clean-up tag as I believe the page now meets Wikipedia standards. If other editors believe additional clean-up is required, please point out what needs to be done in the discussion.
