– Since three of the four men listed at the disambiguation page (including the two Steves) are named Steven Avery, the main title should likewise be Steven Avery. Author Stephen Morehouse Avery occasionally used the pen name Stephen Avery, thus that name can redirect to him, with a hatnote pointing to the Steven Avery dab page. As for Steve Avery (baseball), there is no indication that his prominence in the sports arena eclipsed that of Steve Avery (American football), so that the name Steve Avery can serve as another redirect to the Steven Avery dab page. Oppose moving Steven Avery or putting a dab page at that name. The convict is the clear WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, and there isn't even any other article with the exact title of "Steven Avery". Weak oppose moving Steve Avery since the baseball player receives far more views than the American football player, though given the chance that people are typing in "Steve Avery" expecting the convict I wouldn't be completely opposed to seeing how the baseball player's views stack up with disambiguation. As stated above, Steven Avery looks like clear WP:PRIMARYTOPIC in terms of pageviews, and only one person in the current disambig is called "Stephen" so this should be a good compromise.--Ortizesp (talk) 14:50, 18 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
