Barry Gibbs

I'm not quite sure if this fits in well with the article, but Barry Gibbs was framed by Louis Eppolito for a murder in 1986. The charge gave him 20 years to life in prison of which he served just shy of 19 years. Gibbs was later awarded the highest civil rights settlement ever paid by the city of New York, $9.9 million dollars. More information can be found here | link. Working together?

Criminal duos? Were Eppolito and Caracappa charged with and convicted of the same eight counts? Does that mean they worked together on all eight points? As I understand the article we place Stephen Caracappa but not Louis Eppolito in Brooklyn; later Caracappa working but Eppolito retired in Las Vegas. --P64 (talk) 18:17, 29 April 2015 (UTC)
