Fair use rationale for Image:LordWillin'.jpg

Image:LordWillin'.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Star Trak Artists

The current roster is correct. Slim Thug never signed to Star Trak Ent., because his album was just a production deal. Or you pay for each beat, or you get free beats but a Star Trak stamp on the back of your CD. That's how it went. Same deal with Snoop Dogg. Kelis en Vanessa Marquez left Star Trak, that's why there're under "Former Artists". Spymob, High Speed Scene and Justin Vince are just affiliated, not signed. capitilazed?
