I was sceptical about this one at first but I think she is notable on account of the following: the News24 is a proper profile which I see as counting clearly towards WP:GNG. The remaining reliable coverage is of a lesser quality but I believe the piece in the Independent Online would constitute significant coverage. I did a lot of reseach about her over the past few weeks and even had a draft today wanted to finish up what i started only to find it has been created already thank @Modussiccandi and I also believe that she is notable enough.
