Anyone know anything more about Rev. Malachy Hitchens?

Malachy Hitchens, vicar of St. Hilary, a gentleman of high and well-deserved celebrity as a mathematician and astronomer, and as editor of the Nautical Almanack."

Father Bernard Walke
