Thank you for being so enthusiastic about editing Wikipedia and this article, but the text you are referring to - "Student Services" - was present in the original version of this article. Only one person put it there and you have subsequently deleted it. There is no ongoing attempt to re-insert this apparently erroneous information, therefore there is no need to ask someone to "stop".
