Staging diagrams edit

I had a hard time following the descriptions of the phases. Illustrations of each phase and what changes were made (with before/after overlays like the current overlay of the entire project -- which, like the former interchange, is so spaghettified that it's hard to trace individual strands) would almost certainly significantly improve the article. --rahaeli (talk) 12:15, 24 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Project cost edit

this project was supposed to cost $242 Million and ran almost a billion.
