I don't understand the first line of this article, "this magazine reports on Music for Life". Is Music for Life a company, a label? Or just Spin's view on music?141.151.57.48 (talk) 16:12, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

Spin on AIDs

Yes, there was. Even today, on Loveline, Dr. Drew again metnins how in the early 1980's that they gave erronoeus information on AIDS. --Doctor Foci Whom 06:53, 25 July 2008 (UTC)

There were several "firsts" and "exclusives" listed in the Early Years section, with no citations to back them up. I removed those, but left the magazine's content information intact, as that wasn't in dispute. If someone can cite the claim that Spin was one of the "only" publications to cover hip hop and the AIDS crisis at the time, feel free to list your references. --Utilizer (talk) 22:38, 19 February 2015 (UTC)

there was an article on this in the mid 1990s wherein the Foo Fighters talked about their lack of a belief in the HIV/AIDS connection. Can anyone find a link? Girlofdestiny 04:35, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

ISSN in infobox?

If you go to the link provided and once there click on "View all editions and formats", you will see ONLY 3 editions from 1985 listed.
My question is: with the changes in ownership does the ISSN still remain the same?—Iknow23 (talk) 03:01, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

RESOLVED. Thanks to another editor that reports at See subsection "Print edition of Spin" the ISSN 0886-3032 is on the PRINT edition of December 2009. Thus, the ISSN is the same.—Iknow23 (talk) 21:21, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

Cleanup?
