Fair use rationale for Image:SpendingMyTime.jpg edit
Image:SpendingMyTime.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Mistimed release date? edit
One of the reasons why this single didn't do well in the states is that it was around the time when the Billboard Hot 100 switched over to SoundScan. The single got pushed down quite a bit due to Billboard going live with SoundScan which had only started with the Billboard hot 100. Thats true.... Their previous 2 singles were huge hits peaking at # 1 and #2 respectively. But then their third single of joyride peaked at #32- Strange. But maybe taste of the music buyers changed...
Of course the change of BB HO T100 was drastically. But what do you want to do ? HOT 100 is seen as accurate and reliable and important.
