Now 2 separate SMOSs edit
There's now a separate portfolio called Special Minister of State for the Public Service and Integrity. It's within the PM and Cabinet portfolio. The familiar Special Minister of State is within the Finance and Deregulation portfolio.

Need to clarify role edit
"...responsible for defining parliamentary entitlements, which includes responsibilities with..."
I find that confusing - how can "entitlements" include "responsibilities"? (They might be connected, but seem quite different.) Also needs to be more specific.
A quick google search finds a column stating that the SMOS is "a ministry straddling electoral reform, parliamentary perks, taxpayer-funded advertising and a few other recurrent political nightmares""[1] - However I'm not clear if that includes confusion over the Special Minister of State for the Public Service and Integrity role mentioned by Jack of Oz above. --Chriswaterguy talk 02:51, 16 October 2010 (UTC)
Ryan/Cormann? edit
The incumbent listed in the main text and in the upper right is Scott Ryan. The list of Ministers however lists it as Matthias Cormann. Ryan is apparently correct according to:
