This article has been improved... edit
...since the last time I looked at it, when Mary Huff was described as a "heartbreaker." The paragraphs are too long, and I suspect that some of the text may be taken from other places. However, they are mostly known as a performing band, which is hardly mentioned. It is also not mentioned that "Camel Walk" got airplay in the 1990s, and may have been the silliest song to ever do so. (List other contenders below.) They interact with the audience with their chicken jokes, etc. and in other ways: see here: https://www.houstonpress.com/music/go-go-girl-6594158. The attempts by various music "experts" and "critics" to define their style are extremely amusing and more and more of these attempts should be included until one of them hits on the word "American."
