Clean Up Needed edit

This page seems like it needs a clean up, and seems to be written informally.

Map edit

Isn't there a small issue with the map? Isn't Jerusalem actually in Narragansett, so the town line shouldn't be drawn at the channel? http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/75/Map_of_Washington_County_Rhode_Island_With_Municipal_Labels.PNG agrees with this CSZero (talk) 19:33, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Correct. Jerusalem is part of Narragansett but municipal services are provided by South Kingstown under contract. 209.249.216.68 (talk) 20:12, 22 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Notable people section edit

I was working on citing references for this article and could not find a reference to show Kate French's relationship toS outh Kingstown. In the Notable people section and in her Wikipedia article is shows she was raised in South Kingstown but I was unable to find a source to cite. Please add this information of you have it available. Thank you--BuzyBody (talk) 00:58, 24 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Settlement data edit

When was Kings Towne settled, and by whom and from where? 2602:304:CDA6:51B0:58CE:1A5B:AE5B:8A2B (talk) 22:28, 28 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism edit

I am quite skeptical that the town of South Kingstown has a population of 69,420; I am even more skeptical that the town was founded in 420, especially given the lack of sources. These claims seem to have been added by a single contributor. Can a fellow Wikipedian fix the possible vandalism? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:646:9401:3660:9d6d:20bf:6e9a:307a (talkcontribs) 09:26, 31 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Done. Thanks for your report, and please note that it's customary to place new messages at the bottom of talk pages. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 19:46, 31 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
