Important subject that needs a definition

I have had a stab at something I have spent the last 20 years working on but it would be good if we could get more people involved in this critical discussion. Social Value is definitely not just an expression used within UK Gov procurement as the previous disambiguation page would have us believe! I suspect we should get more charities involved in this page? And of course global references as well. Robert Pye (talk) 09:12, 18 September 2023 (UTC)
