- Wasn't formally called Indonesia at the time; the Dutch still insisted on calling the country the Dutch East Indies. I've trimmed the country name as it is implied from context.

- Is that based on policy? Both Chrisye and 1740 Batavia massacre (two FAs I've written) use this format.
- Sorry poor wording I meant that you had the footnotes as the section header for you're biblography, but I've changed it so its all good.
