Burj Dubai & 2008/9 International Financial Crisis edit

It could be noted that the world's tallest building, the Burj Dubai, is being constructed during the worst economic crisis since 1929... Perhaps the story of the Tower of Babel relates to this hypothesis!

Kingdom Tower and covid edit

Jeddah Tower started in 2013 and 10 years later is stalled, at first from the 2019 Saudi purge, but then complications from covid, which was also a major downturn for 2020 to 2021. B137 (talk) 09:21, 3 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
