Residual COI concerns

Although many of the promotionalism has been flushed from the page, I can't help but think that Chesterman might have created this article to covertly boost the pagerank of his publications -- note that he frequently cites his own self-published primary sources (as always) and very little independent, secondary sources. elle _{vécut heureuse} ^{à jamais} (be free) 07:55, 22 August 2011 (UTC)

third rewrite
