Residual COI concerns edit

Although many of the promotionalism has been flushed from the page, I can't help but think that Chesterman might have created this article to covertly boost the pagerank of his publications -- note that he frequently cites his own self-published primary sources (as always) and very little independent, secondary sources. elle vécut heureuse à jamais (be free) 07:55, 22 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

New York Times considers him important enough to publish his opinions and mention his book edit

The New York Times opinion page featured an article he wrote in November of 2010. [http://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/13/opinion/13iht-edchesterman.html A Little Less Privacy, a Bit More Security By SIMON CHESTERMAN] Dream Focus 06:35, 23 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

third rewrite edit

To those concerned about the article, this article is due for a third rewrite, partially to make the article clearer to laymen, to reduce any WP:UNDUE concerns and simply to make the article easier to read, and less taxing to the head. elle vécut heureuse à jamais (be free) 07:43, 27 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
