Title edit

I’d very much like to see this under the title Silent Woods, or Silent Woods (Dvořák). That’s what it’s known as in the anglosphere, and this is English WP.

It’s shown under its Czech and English titles, but not Waldesruhe, at both:

It’s under Silent Woods only at Cello concerto and Hanuš Wihan (its dedicatee and first performer).

This article even starts out with the words "Silent Woods".

It does get Waldesruhe (Silent Woods) at List of compositions for cello and orchestra. And it does get Waldesruhe alone at List of compositions for piano duo.

So, if the English title is good enough for the more important places where it’s mentioned, that seems to suggest the German title it had on original publication is not well known and effectively unimportant. We can refer to "Waldesruhe" in the text (as we already do), and easily set up a redirect from Waldesruhe. -- JackofOz (talk) 18:55, 15 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Further (and much later), the disambiguator "(Dvořák)" seems unnecessary. The article should be moved to Silent Woods, which has 2 incoming links. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 03:13, 7 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
