Should this Artcle be moved to Silda Wall?

The subject of this entry does not go by the name Silda Wall Spitzer, but by her maiden name of Silda Wall. She chose to use the name Silda Wall Spitzer during the campaign according to [http://blogs.wsj.com/law/2006/05/01/spitzers-better-half/%7CSpitzer’s Better Half Posted by Peter Lattman]].

So the question is, for accuracy, should this artcile remain as listed, or should be changed to the name that she uses in public life? Stude62 18:14, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

notability

Is she any more notable then other wives of Governers? Admittely, wives of Presidents have notability for a seperate article, but not wives of politicians of his stature. It should be merged and redirected to her spouse. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 19:52, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

She is more notable than other wives of some Governers. She deserves her own entries, one with her married name and another with her maiden name.

daughter's name

residence

Her residence should not be listed as the Executive Mansion in Albany. Mrs. Spitzer spends little time there. Even her husband Governor Spitzer spent only 47 nights there in 2007, while spending most of his time at his "Fifth Avenue apartment in Manhattan with his famly." American polygots?

Why was this article added to Category:American polygots? What does that even mean, really, and why is she one? Please explain or face possible reversion. Moncrief (talk) 15:38, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

I don't even know why there is a category for Americans that speak more than one language; is it really that notable? It is incredibly annoying. Not only that, there is no article on Wikipedia for Polygot, so one is left wondering at its meaning, what proof the article has to include the subject in this category, and on and on. Moncrief (talk) 21:35, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Rhodes scholar?

Under the "Personal Life" heading, it said that she was a Rhodes scholar. But the cited New York Times article is worded ambiguously: it can be read to mean that Peter Stamos was both a Harvard law student and a Rhodes scholar, or it can be read to mean that both Silda Wall and Peter Stamos were Rhodes scholars. I searched the internet and as best I could see, the only places that mentioned "Silda Wall" and "Rhodes scholar", were places that derived their content from that one ambiguous phrase in the Times article. Her biography at http://www.ny.gov/governor/firstfamily/sildabio.html , which is listed under "External links", includes her undergraduate and law school degrees but does not mention her being a Rhodes scholar. This is a place where one would expect to find mention of a Rhodes scholarship award, if she had received one.

Hence, I've removed the "Rhodes scholar" wording from the article. Publius3 (talk) 07:14, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

So now we know now that Silda's relationship with Elliot has gone sour, does anyone know if she's seeking to divorce him?
