The article gives little insight as to what really happened there. It is full of Turkish bias. Should be rewritten. --Ghirla -трёп- 16:59, 31 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Don't bother. I have rewritten the article since then. --Ghirla -трёп- 07:22, 4 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
I've actually got an article here from Military History that'll add some more detail about the siege and the battle. Want me to go ahead and add in if I can? --Laserbeamcrossfire 07:25, 4 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Link in the article refers to wrong Muravyov. :) There's no english article on the proper one. Russian article, however (http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9C%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B2%D1%8C%D1%91%D0%B2-%D0%9A%D0%B0%D1%80%D1%81%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B9,_%D0%9D%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B9_%D0%9D%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87) has much bigger and detailed Kars section, especially troops numbers and casualties, which i dare to insert here. 195.218.211.25 (talk) 01:31, 15 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

could this be classifed as a pyrrhic victory for russians since they failed what they really wanted to do, though conquering the city? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.33.91.147 (talk) 19:58, 7 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
