Individual comments

• In In 1526, Ottoman forces led by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent defeated a large Christian force at the Battle of Mohács, it might be helpful to point out general composition of the force - not in any detail, just to say it was Hungarian-led or something along those lines for the benefit of the readers who are unfamiliar with the context.

• I've added that it was a Hungarian-led force.

• There is a brief description of the fort, as well as its floor plan, but are there any data on its (approximate) size? Since there are visible ruins, I expect there is a reliable source spelling this out in terms of metres long and across to help readers get a better idea of the fort. I the floor plan has a scale drawn, but it does not appear to be legible).

• I found the approximate length of the walls and the dimensions of the central tower.

• In By January 1537, he captured the city of Požega, and to the west the fort of Jasenovac at the mouth of the Una into the Sava, something appears to be missing betweeen Požega and "and to the west".

• It should have meant west of Požega, but the Ottomans captured a much larger area from mid 1536 to January 1537, from Valpovo to Jasenovac, so I've added more on that.

• Does enrolling their miners mean offering the miners or requiring them to serve as soldiers? I mean to ask if there was any choice or was there a mix of the two.

• Tracy doesn't give specifics on that, only mentions "enrolling their miners as soldiers" He cites sources from Monumenta Habsburgica, which is a collection of contemporary documents. I'll try to find more on this.

• Saying became the sanjak-bey of Bosnia in 1574, and was from 1580 a pasha, led several offensives on border forts during 1575 seems odd as it is out of sequence. I'd recommend something like "became the sanjak-bey of Bosnia in 1574, and would become a pasha six years later, led several offensives on border forts during 1575"

• Reworded, I've added this information because he is better known under the name Ferhad Pasha Sokolović.

• I concluded from the context that the capture of Bila Stina took place in 1575. Is this correct?

• Correct, I've clarified that in the text.

• I'm unsure if the events described in the final two paragraphs of the Prelude section took place in 1575, 1576 or 1577. Could you clarify this in te prose?

• Sentence The last supplies to the fort were brought in August. seems out of place since the beginning of the siege paragraph i set in September. Perhaps it would be better moved to follow "The fort was defended by around 300 men, mostly miners and Croatian light infantry (haramias), the fort guard, and some gunsmiths from Carniola.", possibly as "The fort was defended by around 300 men, mostly miners and Croatian light infantry (haramias), the fort guard, and some gunsmiths from Carniola who received no supplies since August."?

• According to MOS:NUMERAL, integers from zero to nine should be spelled out - one such instance is in By that time, the fort was under siege for more than 2 months.

• I assume in Three major assaults on Gvozdansko were repelled on 10, 11, and 12 January... this is 1578. Since this appears to be the first mention of a date in that year, I'd specify the year.

• Specified the year.

• Is it known who destroyed the mines? This is not necessarily needed in the article, unless it was a part of scorched earth tactic to deny Gvozdansko its purpose (defending the mines as stated above). Of course, if sources are silent - no action is needed regarding this.

• From the Klaić source, it was Ferhad Bey who had the mines destroyed. Another source, Rudolf Horvat: Slike iz hrvatske povjesti, 1910 is more specific on which mines were destroyed: "zauzme Gvozdansko 13. siječnja 1578. Ferhat paša , koji dade razoriti rudnike u Majdanu i Ljeskovcu." I didn't find a source explaining the reasons for this action, perhaps Ferhad thought that it wouldn't be safe to keep the mines operational, in a recently captured area close to the border? A 2015 book on the life of Ferhad (Životni put prvog beglerbega Bosne: Ferhad-paša Sokolović (1530.-1590.)), by Bosnian historian Elma Korić, might have some answers on that, but I don't have it and is not available on Google Books.

• Could you place the retaing of Gvozdansko (or its area) in 1635 in some context? Was it a part of a specific campaign, battle etc.?

• I can't find any details, other than the year. Other forts were still under Ottoman control until the Great Turkish War, per Milinović 1991. Tezwoo (talk) 22:09, 2 June 2021 (UTC)

• Is Graz War Council notable per WP:GNG? If so, redlink it.

• Done.

• Consider adding {{ill}} templates for redlinked terms where appropriate, i.e. where the topics are covered by other-language wikis. When a corresponding English wiki article is created, a bot will convert the template into a normal wikilink. No action is actually required since this is not a part of the GA criteria.

• Images seem to be in order in terms of selection, sourcing and licensing. Since the article refers to numerous place names, the map is essential. As a thumbnail it provides only the general outline - although one can click on it and find all mentioned toponyms. If you wish to improve this aspect further (no action required within the framework of the GAR) you might consider using a tighter (cropped?) map depicting only the toponyms mentioned in the article to help readers get better idea of where everything is.

• I've started working a few weeks ago on a cropped map of the Una Valley with some additional places (forts) that I couldn't fit on the main map. I just didn't have time to finish it yet.
