Suggestions for improvement

I have assessed this article as meeting the Military history project's B class criteria. I have the following suggestions for further improvements:

• expand the lead: currently it is just one sentence. Per WP:LEAD it can be up to four paragraphs long;
• add ISBNs for the works in the Bibliography;
  • Done.
• is there a need for a recommended reading section when the work appears to be listed already in the Bibliography?
  • Two different works, titles similar.
• the works in the Bibliography may look better if they were formatted with the {{cite book}} template (this is not mandatory, however, and is just a suggestion);
• currently the battle is only in one category, are there any more categories that it might be relevant to?
  • Done.
• per Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates and numbers)#Dates the dates should not have ordinal suffixes. For instance "14th of July" should just be "14 July";
  • Done.
• per WP:MOSTIME the times should have lower case "a.m." instead of upper case;
  • Done.
• with the images, it might balance the article if they were spread a little more evenly through the article.
