This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... (you may refer to the changes to the history that were made on 20:42, 7 June, 2011 to the following article- https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Kantipur_Publications&action=history. It contained the same language that seems similar to that of http://www.worldlibrary.org/articles/kantipur_publications. This is because the language of www.worldlibrary.org is one that was extracted from the original writing on Wikipedia and the article on the same website was created way later in 2015.
