Citation edit
The text from Thapa's VC citation is presented as if it is a quote. It is not. Rather, the reader is given a paraphrased, bare-bones, version of the actual citation.
I will not enlarge the section at this time since I don't have a good sense of what should, or should not be included. I do believe, however, that in its current form the citation 'quote' is inadequate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gaussgauss (talk • contribs) 12:09, 27 March 2019 (UTC)
