No such thing as Canadian Culture edit

Isn't she the one who said this?24.84.233.33 (talk) 18:05, 30 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

++Here's a piece by Andrew Coyne: Some cultural nationalists, to be sure, are more consistent. The executive director of Telefilm Canada has declared that the funding organization's new priority is to fund not just Canadian films, but films with "distinctively Canadian" themes. It is not enough to be Canadian- produced, using Canadian writers, directors or actors: no, The Snow Must Go On. But such lucid intervals are rare. And in any case, this puts the agency in direct conflict with the Minister of Canadian Identity, or whatever it is Sheila Finestone does, who has declared there is no such thing as Canadian culture. ++Wouldn't mind finding a more direct quote, though.24.84.233.33 (talk) 18:08, 30 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
