Suggested sources edit

Here is an article that discusses how the Shanghai Stock Exchange works in practice. I did not add it to this article's external links section because it will quickly become dated.

    • That article is now out-of-date because the SSE had already regained all the loses of that day and in fact have grown by more than 20% for the year. Also, if you read the actual article, it is quite POV with tons of wessel words. Also, this link is unnecessary consider how it does not discuss "how" SSE works in practice like you would have us believe, but why it crashed 9% on a single day. 142.239.254.20 15:08, 27 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:SSE ICBC IPO 102006.jpg edit

Image:SSE ICBC IPO 102006.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Market Cap of SSE edit

I noted that the article mentions that the Shanghai Exchange had the world's third largest market-cap in the text (see first endnote) however, the linked article clearly states that the US$3.07-trillion figure given is for the combined value of the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets. Please correct. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.172.5.187 (talk) 02:49, 22 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
