The article says: she is a popular singer. So, it asserts some kind of notability. If you disagree, or you think the notability should be proven, go to AfD. The criteria for the speedy deletion says:
"If the assertion is likely to be controversial or there has been a previous AfD, the article should be nominated for AfD instead."
