The fact that the person is on TED itself, means that his innovation has gotten the attention of the scholarly and scientific community and deserves so. This article is about science and technology in africa , the innovation is revolutionary in bringing critical and expensive care to the masses in africa.
OK so it seems he is only notable for one thing, being part of starting "hospital in a box". Maybe then, a page should be created for "hospital in a box" and he can be mentioned there.
