Suggestion for improvement or expansion - would be interesting to further explore studies by Lindau and Gavrilova and uncover more details of the female, male differences in sexually active life expectancy L.Flank (talk) 12:22, 3 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

I would like to use content data research from a couple of different peer-reviewed articles on sexually active older adults to expand on this article. Some topics I would be interested in adding to this Wikipedia page includes physical and mental health barriers, patterns of sexual expression in later life, and health professionals' attitudes towards older sexually active people. [1] [2] [3]There are other subjects I would like to include, but I need to do further research.(RachelJohnson11 (talk) 02:11, 6 February 2018 (UTC))Reply

Sexual active life expectancy edit

Maybe include more citations on ageism to support the claims being made in the section titled: Importance of Intimate Relationships within Institutional settings.

A "Physical Barriers (Preventing Sex) section would round out the article, because it is stated that that is a barrier that has been evaluated through some studies.

The layout of the article is confusing. The headings are all different and do seem to follow any kind of order. The jumping around of the topics is confusing.

Otherwise, good, neutral toned edits. Carolina Banks (talk) 18:09, 7 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
