would be less so (though there are still other works listed @ IMSLP - and others not so listed - in C for strings) but Serenade in C major (Dohnányi) might be best, and most fitting by site rules (which, admittedly, it's been years since anyone remembered or enforced, so I should say mild guidelines...)
