organization leader role vs. typist role edit

This article currently covers only examples of "Secretary" being part of the title for organizational leaders (whether top leader or not). Secretary as a typist or other low-level role is the main usage in practice however, so this article needs to be re-titled from "Secretary" to something like "Secretary (organizational leader)". Also is "Executive Secretary" always a leader? Can't it be used as a title for secretaries serving CEOs or other top executives. Hmm, is there another common term for the CEO's secretary? Such a person is often very powerful by dint of their managing access to the executive, but is not a leader per se, and would have few or no staff reporting to them. --doncram 16:30, 9 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
