Scotch Broth? edit

Scotch is whisky. This should be Scottish Broth. Comments? kerry 09:35, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

Scotch Whisky is a type of whisky much in the same way Scotch Broth is a type of Broth. It is called "Scotch Broth", not "Scottish Broth" just as "Scotch Whisky" is not known as "Scottish Whisky". Moonjava (talk) 19:41, 25 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Swede/Rutabaga/Neep edit

I changed "Rutabaga" to "Swede" in the ingredients for consistency with the description in the summary. Scotch Broth is a UK dish and the name "Rutabaga" is not generally known in the UK.
