This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it is objectively describing the characteristics of a premier academic organisation that has been an heritage of education of over 70 years in India and had achieved many academic feats.

But phrases like "premier organisation," "heritage of education," and "many academic feats" are really just puffery unless there are factual sources backing them up. Be careful that you write the article in an encyclopedic, neutral manner. ... discospinster _talk 18:55, 14 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
