Schenley vs. Schenley at Reisenstein

Could this page be kept to refer to Pittsburgh Schenley High School in Oakland? Change the "Schenley is located" to "Schenley was located". Include the links to nearby universities/libraries. Create a new page for Schenley at Reisenstein, link it to the end of this page to allow readers to transition. Anyone more versed in wikipediology agree with me? Can we do this before people change all the information on this page?

I'm trying to standardize the Pittsburgh Public Schools' pages and would like to add an infobox. It would look like this: [Moved to article page] I'd also remove the the first image on the page as it would be a duplicate. Paschmitts 14:33, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

It says it's a "public" school as the school type-- is that only as opposed to private? (As it is a magnet/IB school as well). Just wonderin'. EgyptianSushi 22:29, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

Notable Alumni References

I've done some searching and cannot find any online references linking George Benson to Schenley (at least none that didn't come from Wikipedia in the first place). If somebody can find a reference (doesn't have to be online) which does, please let me know. Otherwise I'll be removing him from the list in a few days. – Paschmitts 13:58, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

Nevermind, I found a Post-Gazette article on the proposed closing which listed everybody and their mother who went to Schenley. I wish other schools were this easy. – Paschmitts 20:20, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

Don't forget the fact that his rendition of On Broadway is played at Schenley events far too often (including every practice in musical season) and everyone and their mother there will remind you that he went to Schenley. ;)EgyptianSushi 00:09, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
