As this is my first time reassessing the article, I feel that it no longer meets the GA criteria. The lead is short, it is badly unreferenced beginning with the In Defense of the Genre section in the history section, the style section also lacks references, and some of the listed references don't seem reliable/are malformed.100cellsman (talk) 08:10, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, the article's major contributor has not edited it in years. I'm not totally confident of whether or not someone will be willing to fix the article. I will give this article a week to have my major concerns addressed, and if anyone steps in, I can provide assistance.100cellsman (talk) 08:25, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
- I also forgot to mention that the prose in the history section is quite choppy at times, mostly consisting of repetitive dates in the beginning of them. (e.g. On January 1, 2018, bla bla bla... On February 1st, 2018, bla bla bla...) The article also has two external links within the prose and I'm sure that goes against the manual of style.100cellsman (talk)
