Just reading through this and looking at other examples, it seems like "College" (or retaining "Colegio Mayor", cf. the articles in English, Colegio Mayor de Santiago el Zebedeo and, in Italy, Collegio Borromeo) might provide a more appropriate term than "Dormitory". However, as I don't speak Spanish, it would be helpful to have input from someone who does, please! Certainly, it sounds more like it aims to follow the tradition of those at Salamanca, for instance, than a hall-of-residence or dormitory, as the article points out.
